Different troubleshooting steps may be necessary when popups or forms do not display as expected. Here are common issues that can occur while using 1ClickPopup. Popup or form not displaying in your online store Ensure 1ClickPopup app embed is enabled on your Shopify theme. Confirm that the campaign is active.
