Troubleshooting 1Click Popups

If your popup or form isn’t displaying as expected, different troubleshooting steps may apply depending on the situation.

Below are common issues that can occur when using 1Click Popups and how to resolve them.


Popup or form isn’t displaying in your online store



  1. Ensure that the 1Click Popups app embeds is enabled in your Shopify theme.


  • In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store, then select Themes.


  • Click Customize on the lower right side of the page.



  • On the next page, click App embeds.


  • In the App embeds section, make sure the 1Click Popups Snippet is turned on, then click Save.


  1. Confirm that the campaign is set to Active.


  • Open 1Click Popups, go to the Campaigns tab, then click Edit campaign.



  • On the Campaign editor page, ensure that the Campaign Status is set to Active, then click Save.



  1. Check the Triggers and targeting section in the Campaign editor.


  • Make sure your campaign is configured to display on the Devices and the following conditions are set up as needed (Current page URL, Location, Store Language, Shopify cart value, Shopify customer status, Contact status, Klavioyo profiles).


  • Avoid making these conditions too specific or restrictive, as this can prevent the popup from displaying as expected.



Test the campaign in a new incognito or private browser window to ensure that your previous interactions (like closing the campaign) are not affecting it from displaing.


Campaign isn't syncing collected emails to Shopify


1Click Popups typically syncs collected emails and customer data to Shopify immediately after capture.

However, in some cases, this process may take up to 15 minutes, depending on Shopify’s API response time and current server load.
