How to add and customize an embedded form

1. Open the Campaigns page, then click Create campaign.

2. Filter by the Embedded form placement. Select any Embedded form.

3. Update the campaign name if needed, then click Create campaign to continue.

4. To update the discount code, text, or style, click Settings, Content, or **Style **tab, then scroll to find the section you want to update.

5. Open the Settings tab, find the Campaign status section, set it to Active, then click Save.

6. In the General section, click Copy next to the Form ID to copy it to your clipboard, then Exit to leave the Campaign editor.

7. In your Shopify admin, open Online Store, then click Customize.

8. Click Add section **in the **Footer, then select the Apps tab. Choose Embedded Form by 1Click Popups from the list, then click Save.

9. In the Footer section, click the arrow (>) in front of the Apps, then select Embedded Form.

10. Paste from the clipboard your Form ID, ** then click **Save.

11. Click Exit to leave the Theme editor.

12. To preview embedded form on your store, **go to the **Online Store page, then click View your store.
